Sonny Donald was born in the Bamenda, north western Cameroon.
Sonny Donald started his music career by singing and playing guitar in the church. He later created his first band with his friends called MD Victory, which was an Afro funk and reggae band.
After his studies at the university of Cameroon, he decided to travel to Europe to continue with his music career, which was always his dream. He came to
Gottingen a small university town in Germany were he continued his music
career by creating a group called Kamezuela, a fusion of African and
Latin American music from Venezuela. His friend Huasca Baradas
playing the flute and Sonny Donald playing the guitar. Sonny Donald is a singer, rapper and guitarist. He has played several concerts across Europe.
He signed with Up Town Records for a two years, then later met Martin Schafer of M and S Music and Uwe Sabirovski, all well known producers, with whom he made projects like Rubber Dub man and Like a Diamond.
He finally came in contact with Ten fingers Productions, a British
based company with branches in Paris. Inemo, the A and R Director was
interested in his works, and decided to Produce this dance titles which is a Afro/Dance/British garage fusion.
